     To provide a managed service to offshore clients requiring medicals and other at external medical locations.
     Arrangement and coordination of services at third party medical locations.
     Recording progress of medicals from booking to issue of reports and certificates within specified time frames.
     Development and fostering of close working relationships with medical service providers, and clients.
     Support and cover for Senior client services advisor during absences.

    Medical Administration
     To maintain and follow medical and administrative procedures applicable to the service.
     To liaise with the Senior Client Services Advisor and offshore clinical team regarding requirements for medicals.
     To record and process requests for medicals and medical referrals.
     To ensure all paperwork is returned to Client.
     To update, daily, the tracking records with all service requests and progress thereon.
     To chase any reports outstanding.
     Notification of outcomes of medicals to clients.
     To update clients on the progress of service requests.

    Patient Records
     To locate existing records or create new record where necessary.
     To send all relevant documents, information and test kits as appropriate to the medical providers.
     To type occupational health referral letters, produce certificates as necessary and distribute appropriately.

    General
     To provide cover for the National Network Co-ordinators as required.
     Any other duties which reasonably fall within the administration of service requests from our clients.
