Based in Glasgow City Centre, the role is in a business to business capacity, using existing company data and contacts, self sourcing new leads and cold calling decision makers and purchase managers of skilled trade companies such as plumbers, builders, joiners etc and promoting our clients full products range to them. It is through these initial calls that you will look to make new business sales and strike up a lasting relationship to build upon for future sales opportunities. Due to the types of products, target market and prices, you should be looking to make at least one sale each working day.

This role is very suitable for those looking to make the move to business to business sales from residential sales.

£16,000 basic salary, but can move up to £20,000 depending on performance + commision. 1st year average earnings are £28,000, 2nd year £40,000, with many time served members of staff earning WELL in excess of this.

You will come from a steady sales background yourself and looking to move into a rather unique sales role, different to most other sales opportunities available. A history of achieving sales targets is ESSENTIAL to your application. You will be thick skinned, hungry and must be able to handle the inevitable rejection and challenges that the role will bring. The faint hearted or soft natured need not apply for this role.
