Corporate Sales Consultants required for market leading company who lead in online recruitment advertising, candidate sourcing and job vacancy advertising. Basic salary of £19,000 basic with OTE of £37,000 uncapped, with many consultants achieving well above this. These roles are 100% office and telephone based with an early October start date.
The role will begin in a New Business Sales capacity, meaning you are to source new clients to sell the companies products and services to. If suitable to both parties, it could lead to a targeted and sales driven account management role, in which you will deal with existing clients of the company and using your sales and relationship buildings skills to retain, upsell and renew their contracts. Our client will decide during interview process which role they feel you would be best suited to. This will be drawn from your past employment history, sales experience and interview responses.
Extensive experience of B2B sales is essential to your application. Making cold calls, sourcing new business and over-achieving on sales targets previously is a must for this position, along with a steady work history. Previous recruitment, advertising or B2B online sales experience would also be advantageous. This role is also ideal for recruiters looking stay within the industry, but move into a more sales and business development focussed role, with no candidate focus.
You will not be able to "blag" your way into this role - As this is a premier sales position, you will have to provide evidence of your previous sales performance in the form of payslips showing salary and bonus (minimum requirement) and also commendations and compliment letters, league tables, sales certificates,awards and trophy’s etc, if you have them.
