Role purpose: To manage the Sewage Treatment works within the Almond Valley.
• To manage the Almond Valley Operations Team;
• To ensure compliance of the Almond Valley Sites;
• Manage on site Health and Safety;
• Financial Control of each site budget;
• Manage contractors on site.
Key responsibilities and features of this role:
• Ensure all sites are safe and free from hazards;
• Scottish Water and SEPA liaison;
• Deliver the front mine maintenance program;
• Act as the authorised person for the digestion plant;
• To coach and develop the operational team in order to fulfil the business needs;
• Support the quality management process;
• Input in to the Risk Management process;
• Participate in the duty manager roster.
