Salary - £14500 - £16500
Bonus - 25%
Location - Glasgow City Centre

Working Week -35 hours across a rota of - Monday to Friday 0800 - 2000 and 1 Saturday in 3 - 0930 - 12.30

Your future employer is number 1 ranked in its field of insurance with an extremely settled and loyal staff base. They require customer service agents to work in there city centre unit on purely inbound calls with upselling. You will be targeted hence the bonus however this is to Quality, leads generated, Average handling time, upselling and cross selling. The company has an extensive training package which will give you the required knowledge of all products and packages.
