An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Sales Manager to head up a small sales office. The role will be to promote and win new business, service existing clients, and the general management of an existing sales team. You will be responsible for supplying bespoke and 'off the shelf' pumping and control systems, to the Oil/Gas, chemical and manufacturing industries.
We are looking for a sales professional with a strong background in engineering, ideally holding some form of recognised engineering qualification.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent customer service experience and the ability to manage a small team of staff providing direction, support and motivation.
Experience of tender preparation and high value sales would be an advantage. The role will mainly be field based, but you must be able to travel to and from Aberdeen on a regular basis.
