A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Cash Management Team Leader in a world leading Oil and Gas Services company in Aberdeen.
Role description
Working within one of the world's leading provider of services to the Oil and Gas industry, based in Aberdeen, the main highlights of your role as a Cash Management Team Leader will include;
Having 6 direct reports and providing an excellent service in the following areas:
• Accounts Payable
- Ensuring compliance to all company procedures
-Account creation
- Invoice approval
-Timely resolution of queries
• Accounts Receivable:
- Ensuring that contractual payment terms are respected by customers
-Ensuring that queries are resolved promptly and efficiently
• Treasury and Cash Management:
- Preparing weekly cash flow forecasts and understanding subsequent variances in detail
- Taking the initiative to ensure cash flow is optimised
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will;
• Be an experienced Finance professional
• Preferably have come from an Oil and Gas background
• Have strong staff management skills
•Be a results driven individual
•Be task oriented
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Have a drive to succeed
