Our Client is a leader in Pump Technology, Hydraulic Design and Engineering. Employing the best designers and engineers, the company is working towards world leadership in the power, upstream oil, downstream oil, industrial, water markets operated in.
The Company now seeks a Project Engineer. Reporting directly to the Project Manager and working predominately within the Rotating Engineering Industry sector, you will be responsible for successful execution of multi million pound contracts.
Applicants will have a minimum of HNC/HND together with some relevant experience within the Engineering industry, working on complex, high value projects. You will possess knowledge and ability to understand contractural terms of engagement and possess a commercial understanding of large engineered projects. This is a senior role and, as such, candidates must have the ability to take full responsibility for the performance of projects under your stewardship.
You will have a strong work ethic with the ability to take risk assessed decisions under pressure. The understanding of dead lines and demonstration of completing actions to these is absolutely essential, as is the awareness of the Company’s products and client requirements (please note that training on products etc will be given).
Some travel may be required as our Client has a Global customer base.
