The opportunity has arisen for an experienced QA/QC Manager to join a number of leading Design, Civil Engineering, and Project and Construction Management Consulting Firms across the Middle East.
The QA/QC Manager will monitor day to day operations of department personnel to guarantee compliance with both client & code specifications.
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate progressive experience in the following:
Implementing quality control procedure manual processes for conducting day to day operations, tests and inspections of products, services or processes.
Evaluating quality and performance as per client specifications.
Reviewing manufacturer’s products and providing recommendation for design and specification purposes.
Reviewing and approving of all associated supplier issued quality assurance, control documentation, problem solving of field inspection non-conformances and deviations from suppliers during inspection life cycle.
Monitoring and auditing the quality assurance and control activities performed by EPC Contractor in the areas of engineering, vendor shops, and construction.
Directing, advising and instructing the field QA/QC engineers in performing periodic visits to job sites.
Qualification: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering.
Prior experience in the Gulf Region would be advantageous.
