- Full Description:
The main responsibilities of the position include meeting production schedules and depot deadlines, the achievement of Key Performance Indicators by continuous improvement and the recruitment, control and motivation of staff in the production and despatch functions. Applicants should have excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills, experience within a similar production-related environment and a sound understanding of Company operational procedures and practices. This is a permanent position with excellent salary and incentives. The applicant will be required to work within a shift system according to the rota.
