Role - Business/Economic Analyst
Location - Aberdeen
Fantastic Opportunity to join leading Operator in analyst role.
The main duties and responsibilities will include but may not be limited to:
Provides a proactive comprehensive business analysis service
Identifying & developing potential business improvement opportunities.
Supplying key business information to management and inputs to economic analysis for decision making and performance measurement.
Accountable for all financial services provided to the ensuring compliance with corporate policies and procedures, and statutory requirements.
Focal point and provider of all financial inputs for the assets, including actuals, short term and long term forecasts and outlooks.
Liaises with commercial staff, support groups on strategy, planning, financial, economic analysis and taxation issues and provides appropriate guidance to management.
Required and Preferred Skills / Education/ Competencies:
Qualified accountant, MBA, or significant experience in a similar role.
Ability to work in a pivotal role within the Finance teams.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with excellent interpersonal, team-working and presentation skills.
Willing to challenge existing practices and implement initiatives
PC literate with Excel skills essential.
