MSCR are seeking a Client Support Executive to work for a leading asset management and securities company based in Edinburgh. The role holder will be responsible for handling and resolving all complaints received to the highest standards and within the regulatory requirements.
Other duties include;
Ø Maintaining ongoing complaint cases administration
Ø Identifying trends and possible weaknesses in procedures
Ø Actioning and respond to internal communications
Ø Liaising with other departments when necessary
Ø Ensuring that case data is accurately recorded
Experience required;
Ø Client focus and results delivery
Ø Accuracy and attention to detail
Ø Managing risk
Ø An understanding of Financial Services, preferably investment operations
Applicants should be able to demonstrate a successful track record of responding to customer enquiries in a similar financial services environment
