Full Description:

Due to continued growth and success in our Call & Contact Centre division in Edinburgh, we now require a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy team.

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a high volume recruitment team with the ability to react in an ever changing environment. This role is a 50/50 sales and service role and successful candidates will be expected to not only service and manage our existing accounts but deliver on new business through developing and penetrating new and existing clients. Previous experience in a fast paced recruitment environment is required and experience in a targeted sales environment is essential.

You'll be self motivated and professional with the ability to provide excellent customer service to candidates and clients.
