We are currently recruiting for a Housing Administrator with specific focus around income recovery and rent arrears to work within a busy Housing Management Team in Fife.
You will be responsible for assisting with low level rent arrears, formulating agreements and sending out letters to tenants.
Ideally, you will have experience of working within a housing environment with a good working knowledge of the Income Recovery processes.
