Source People are collaborating with a leading Oil & Gas service company in their search for a Contracts Administrator. Based in East Tullos Industrial Estate, this is a fantastic chance to develop experience with an internationally respected organisation and will provide excellent progressive opportunities.
The position involves providing administration support to the Contracts team including:
The upkeep of contract files
Maintenance of document submissions regarding contract awards
Preparation of contracts amendments and documents
Recording of document submissions to and from Subcontractors
Candidates must possess a good standard of education and experience of administration in a legal or commercial environment. Experience of the Oil & Gas industry, particularly Subsea ROV is strongly desired. Candidates must be computer literate and possess excellent attention to detail.
