A Health & Safety Advisor is required for our client-a blue chip chemical manufacturer to engage on a temporary contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for upgrading all of the existing health and safety structures making sure they are compliant with the 2007 version of 18001 as well as risk assessments.
You will hold a Nebosh diploma or equivalent and ideally be from a process or chemical background.
Good communication skills and a working knowledge of the Microsoft suite of programmes is also essential as well as the ability to think on your feet.
A good working knowledge of 14001 and 18001 would also be desirable.
