The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
-Investigating and reporting faults in streets & gardens, vandalism, litter, etc
- Implementing minor repairs to make damaged areas safe.
- Liaise with tenants re housing and environmental issues.
- Working in co-ordination with other agencies eg police, social work and local landlords.
- Deal with issues of anti social behaviour in conjunction with the police.
For this position it is essential that you have good people skills and have worked with the community previously for example youth or support groups. Good organisational, communicationand team working skills are also a must.
