Role: Sales Manager
Location: Glasgow
Client
This award-winning, global organisation designs and manufactures high quality, engineered products for the refrigeration, petroleum, gas and petrochemical industries. Continued success has resulted in a newly created position for a talented Sales Manager.
Role
Based in Glasgow, you will be responsible for the operational management of the Sales Department for specific products. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be required to assist on marketing issues, strategic planning, customer development and sales strategy. Business development forms a key part of the role and some international travel is envisaged.
Experience
You should have minimum HNC qualification in an engineering discipline and be able to demonstrate a successful, progressive business development/sales management track record within the engineering sector. An understanding of the Refrigeration/Petrochemical engineering processes and/or rotating equipment would be particularly beneficial.
