Our Client based in Glasgow city centre are currently recruiting for collection Officers.
You will be working in a professional and fast paced environment. You will be responsible for contacting clients who have an outstanding balance on there accounts, using your own initiative and negotiating skills you will be collecting the outstanding arrears.
while maintaining a professional attitude at all times.
Experience:
You will have experience working within a highly target oriented environment. Happy to make outbound calls. Collections experience is not essential but must have a hunger and drive to succeed. Experience within a sales background would be ideal.
This is a 12 week temporary position with a view to becoming permanent
Hours of work:
Mon & Wed 10.30 - 20.00
Tue & Thur 09.00 - 17.30
Fri 09.00 - 15.15
1 Saturday per month 09.00 - 12.00
