THE ROLE
First People Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for our Financial Services Client based in Glasgow. The role will involve the analysis of ICT infrastructure technical issues for the organization as well as the resolution of escalated queries. You should also have experience in the communication of request and incident reporting as well as implementing tactical service improvements,
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
You should have experience in a senior level support role or a proven track record as a as a 1st level support with exposure to 2nd level.
