Job profile - Our Client is looking for a Library Assistant on an on-going temporary contract to assist in coordinating Library operations. The role will require reception, administrative and exceptional customer services skills.
Duties Include:
Dealing with enquiries
Issuing resources
Maintenance of stock and databases
Handling enquiries
Reception duties
Please note - lifting and carrying will be involved.
Experience & Qualifications -
Excellent communication and IT skills are essential.
Experience of library work and a relevant qualification are desirable.
A current enhanced disclosure and public sector experience is preferred but not essential
