Our client, a very well known company in the oil and gas industry, is looking for a Project Engineer.
The Project Engineer will become responsible for:
To ensure safe execution of work-scopes
Assist in the planning, development and execution of 2009 Walk to Work scopes on SNS assets within allotted timeframe, budgets and to The Clients specification
Development of detailed work-packs for Walk to Work project
Gathering technical information, drawings / inspection reports etc, for work-packs.
Job card creation, including man hour, plant and material estimation
Identify and highlight over-side requirements
Coordinate the control, issue, authorisation and close out of work-packs
Identify specialist services support requirements, i.e scaffold design.
Procure materials and hire of plant.
Liaising with client representatives
Assisting in or directly responsible for organising offshore surveys as required
Representing the company at the Clients planning, project and close out meetings as required
Assist in accurate reporting of work-scopes as required by the Client.
Provide innovation to constantly improve and refine service to the Client.
The ideal candidate will have technical knowledge with previous project experience and will have strong communication skills. Candidate will also have had experience of developing similar project works and a working knowledge of SAP
