    Job Title: Project Engineer
    Location: Lanarkshire
    Salary: £18k - £25k + Benefits
    My client is a company with a long track record established to provide industry with a Pultruded GRP alternative to steel, concrete, aluminium and timber in a wide range of industrial applications

    Due to continued expansion, my client is seeking a Junior Project Engineer/Draughtsman to join their vibrant Glasgow office. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the successful candidate should have an engineering background an in depth knowledge of detailing and ideally have structural engineering experience.

    Key aspects of the process will include:
    Client liaison to establish their requirements creating a clear design brief having analysed all relevant conditions.
    Preparation of technical proposals including specifications and quotations. Providing value engineered solutions which are both practical and simple for site install.
    Project management through the various stages to ensure deadlines are achieved.

    Requirements:
    AutoCAD competent essential.
    StruCAD competent preferable.
    Driving license
    Civil or Structural Engineering Qualification preferable.
