Quantity Surveyor required for specialist sub-contractor based in Perth. Immediate start.
My client is a well established market leader in the manufacturing and installation of various bespoke fabrications including solid surfacing, panelling and cubicle systems.
As the sole Quantity Surveyor you will be required to:
- Carry out measurements and valuations of jobs
- Attend pre-start meetings
- Ensure smooth running of the financial side of the business
- Be responsible for the cost of labour. You will be qualified to either Diploma or Degree level in Quantity Surveying and most importantly be keen and enthusiastic with a strong business sense and good understanding of the building industry.
