Job Title -Electrical / I & C Design Engineer
Job profile To carry out detailed I&C engineering design for rotating plant contracts and also development and support of PBMR electrical design.Providing technical support on electrical, instrument, control and communications systems for rotating products and nuclear projects
The development of the electrical, instrument, control and communications systems associated with Company products will also be part of the job function
Expertise in the following areas will be required:-
Electrical motors and variable speed drives
Instrumentation systems
Programmable logic controllers
Electro hydraulic actuators
Electro mechanical actuators
Methods of signal transmission
Sensors and transducers

Experience & Qualifications
Applicants must be educated to Degree level or equivalent in an applicable engineering discipline coupled with a proven track record within a design development and manufacturing environment. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential to the role as you will be liaising with colleagues, both in the office and on site, the client and subcontractors on a daily basis.
A practical and thorough approach to problem solving is also needed as this will be a daily part of your role.
