My client is continuing to develop their team of Highways Engineers and Technicians and has opportunities for enthusiastic candidates with Highways experience to join their Edinburgh office.
Job
* Project Manage aspects of highways related projects including design
* Develop land and programmes for projects
* Manage the costs on highways related projects to provide best value for clients
* Maintain business generation and development
* Operate to high standards in safety, quality, environmental and corporate responsibility agenda
* Complete Feasibility studies, preliminary/ detailed design and reporting, and manual of contract documents for highways
Requirements
* Proven experience working within the public sector or a consultancy on highways related projects
* Degree in Civil Engineering or comparable
* Knowledge within design for highways related projects i.e. Feasibility studies, design manual of contract documents for highways and MX software would be beneficial.
* The ability to communicate with colleagues and co-ordinate projects both written and verbally
