    Marketing Assistant Required

    Marketing assistant required to join Leading Oil and Gas company Flexible working hours and brilliant training structure.

    To provide support for Wireline Sales and Marketing team, providing reporting support, event organisation and other duties

    Main Responsibilities


    - Support Segment GM Marketing Manager and Sales Team
    - Assist in Tender and bid preparation
    - Plan and manage internal and external events on a regular basis.
    - ComCat administration assistance

    You will get the opportunity of having flexible working hours and some limited travel
    to Norway and Holland.

    This role is ideally suited to someone who is enthusiastic with great communication
    and organisation skills, has a proven knowledge of all Microsoft Office software and
    is committed to learning.

    Full training will be provided and the candidate will become a highly proficient user
    of both the Document Management/Tender Preparation (Xait.Porter),
    ComCAT (Commercial Catalogue) and Client Relationship Management
    (Siebel CRM) software packages
