My client is a leading Building Contractor who require a Maintenance Supervisor to join their successful Maintenance Division.
The company are a highly reputable, fast growing organisation with a multi-million pound turnover who have a diverse client base including local authorities, businesses, schools and the leisure industry. Due to the great success of the Contracts division, my client are currently expanding the Maintenance side of the business, which is going from strength to strength.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for residential and commercial properties that are affected by flood & fire damage as well as general maintenance requirements.
Your duties will include:
Liaising with insurance companies and residents
Assessing the properties
Planning the work to be done
Allocating tasks to and managing a team of tradesmen
Ensuring work is completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Ideally you will come from a maintenance background and have experience of either working for or with insurance companies dealing with damage repair claims. You will also have excellent communication skills, have the ability to run a team effectively and be IT literate.
