Full Description:

Based within Edinburgh City Centre for our renowned financial services client this is a great opportunity for a motivated, analytical and comercially-minded accountant.

You will be working within an area committed to producing quality work to tight deadlines. The role will involve contact with Business Units, analysis and review of complex data and the production of audit standard work papers.

Essential Requirements:
- Qualified ACCA or CA accountant with 2 years PQE
- Experience or working knowledge of the financial services sector
- Experience of working in a finance function in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practicesa nd processes in a financial services environment
- Strong Excel/Powerpoint skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

This is a 6 month temporary contract.
