    Position: Team Manager (Nursing)
    Position Summary:
    Direct and co-ordinate the success of each screening event and adhere to all clinical and administrative protocols and procedures.

    Duties and Responsibilities:
    • Perform ABI and Osteoporosis Risk Assessment screenings in accordance with the company’s protocols and in a proficient and timely manner.
    • Ensure quality of the screenings and service.
    • Ensure the proper training of each team member.
    • Assist in the registration process of the participants.
    • Ensure the proper set up and break down of screening events and registration area.
    • Double-check the daily paperwork, bank deposit and results package for accuracy.
    • Double-check the result forms throughout the day for accuracy.

    • Follow up with communications in a timely manner by checking voicemail before, during and prior to departure of the screening site.
    • Make sure the bank deposit and results drop are made at the end of the day.
    • Maintain and coordinate all equipment maintenance. Preventative maintenance to be performed twice per year.
    • Responsible for the proper care and operation of the van. Coordinate all van maintenance on a monthly basis.
    • Coordinate, communicate and manage the staffing of team while adhering to company protocols.
    • Print out directions and schedules to the screening event on a daily basis.

    • Ensure end of day figures are communicated to Home Office at the end of every screening event.
    • Manage team by setting high standards for clinical quality and customer service, and champion the company’s core values.
    • Communicate as needed and directed with Home Office and Management staff.
    • Conduct weekly meetings with team.
    • Approve and submit time sheets and Leave requests for all team members by date set from Home Office.
    • Conduct and submit the monthly Quality Assurance Review for all Medical Technicians.

    • Review each Random Audit Report and Protocol Error Log with all team members.
    • Complete and submit the Screening Event Critique when there is an issue with the screening site.
    • Ensure the provision of all clinical and administrative supplies for the van.
    • Perform and coordinate any other duties that are requested by the Home Office, Country Manager and Clinical Manager.
