Change are presently recruiting for payroll clerks in the Stirlingshire area that have a strong background within payroll but who are also looking to further their career. A strong core knowledge is a must for the role as candidates must be able to demonstrate a hands on approach from day one.

Duties of the role will include the following;

• Processing weekly and monthly high volume payrolls

• Processing new starters and leavers and making amendments where necessary

• P45' s, P46' s, P35' s

• Processing Inland Revenue payments and manual calculations

• Processing expenses

• Liaising with clients regarding payroll queries

• Ability to work to tight deadlines with minimal supervision

• Ad Hoc Duties as required

The candidate will have effective excel skills and be a quick learner. A strong working knowledge of payroll systems is essential for this role along with the ability to do manual calculations in tax and NI contributions. Candidates must be able to demonstrate previous payroll knowledge in a similar environment and ideally be studying towards or have obtained a payroll qualification.

Salary - £16,000 - £18,000 - DOE
