My client is currently looking to recruit for P/T Collection Agents to come and join their expanding and successful team.

Paying a salary of £14200-16000 pro-rata + bonus+ benefits, based in Glasgow. Hours of work are evenings and weekends.

As a telephone collections agent you will be responsible for contacting customers to investigate non-payment. If they are having difficulty paying their bill(s), then you will negotiate and arrange a payment plan with them and make sure that they adhere to their payments.

You will have either collections or outbound sales experience ideally coming from a call centre background.

Potential employees will be subjected to a credit check.
