Outbound B2B Sales Consultant required for our specialist client in Kilmarnock, Ayrshire This is a permanent position offering the opportunity to build your own desk and database from scratch, and it offers a fantastic starting salary and bonus potential.

Candidates must have extensive and steady outbound B2B telesales / internal sales background, and be used to cold calling and sourcing their own business. This is a very fast paced and results driven environment, so hard work and persistence, the ability to handle rejection and make lots of outbound calls is absolutely essential to your application.

Basic starting salary starts from a minimum of £15, 000 (negotiable), with high sales bonus included also. Your on target earnings for your first year would be at least £30,000, and the bonus structure is uncapped. Working hours are during business time, Monday to Friday 9 - 5.30, no weekends.
