Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Operations Executive on behalf of our well known client in Stirling. This post will be temporary initially for 3 months however the temporary candidate will have the opportunity to be interviewed for this position on a permanent basis. We are therefore looking for applicants who can commit long term.
Duties:
Responsibility for the recording on CRM of all inbound communications from business customers via marketing campaigns
Responsibility to ensure all sales orders and invoice requests are processed in accordance with agreed guidelines and deadlines
Manage the internal & external service desk including query resolution
Supervise a team of Administrators including including regular meetings, development & training, and quarterly reviews
Provide regular standard and ad-hoc reporting
Develop and make recommendations for system guidelines, business rules, processes and procedures to ensure the organisation is operating best commercial practise and meeting statutory and legal obligations
Work closely with Finance to manage the CRM and Line 500 integration processes
Work with other departments on cross functional projects & initiatives to improve processes that increase customer satisfaction
Manage the creation of Web entries
Contribute towards monthly department reports
Contribute towards campaign planning and attend regular reviews
Support the annual business planning process
Skills/Qualifications Required:
Significant post qualification experience, ideally involving some financial experience
Graduate level or equivalent (Business related or Marketing Honours Degree preferred)
Excellent MS Office skills - advanced user of Excel
Previous experience with CRM/Finance systems and databases preferred
Excellent planning, analytic and problem solving skills
Process & procedure orientated
Good communication, interpretation and advisory skills with internal & external customers
Ability to prioritise work in order to meet deadlines
Aptitude to develop and learn - Sage CRM and other systems
Hours: 9am- 5pm
Salary: Up to £20,000 p.a depending on experience
