£14,000 - £16,000 Plus Bonus, Staff Discount and Free Uniform

A unique opportunity has now arisen for an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Retail Supervisor to join their team.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Retail Supervisor you'll be responsible for working with the management team to manage shift operations, maximise sales and profitability, and maintain the highest possible standards.

Whether it's assisting with operations, financial control or people management you'll be tasked with making sure that the restaurant's standards are tip-top. If that's not enough, they ll also give you plenty of scope to get involved in implementing local marketing initiatives that will keep their hungry customers piling through the door.

Day to day, you'll be involved in:
- Operations carrying out quality checks, ensuring food is prepared on time, implementing staff positioning plans
- Business planning & financial control completing paperwork regarding sales, stock, staff hours, payroll information
- Customer service monitoring service quality, resolving complaints and queries
- People management and development conducting staff appraisals, organising training, providing direction
- Sales building ensuring advertising materials are up to date, training and motivating staff, implementing incentives

To be considered for this position you must have experience at supervisor or team leader level within a customer-facing retail role. you'll also need to demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to adapt to fresh challenges and a motivated attitude.

In addition to your track record of inspiring people, as an Assistant Restaurant Manager/Retail Supervisor you'll also need a strong sense of pride at work and the ability to cope under pressure.
