EXCITING NEW PERMANENT OPPORTUNITY FOR AN EXPERIENCED MARKETING/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT!
Are you a professionally qualified marketing assistant seeking a new and exciting challenge?
Are you a key team player with excellent PC skills?
Working with a leading law firm based in Glasgow you will be a key member of the marketing and business development teams. Duties will include:
Co-ordinating seminar activity including management of mailing lists and generation of invitations
Communication of internal information via both Intranet and Internet
Utilising a wide range of tools such as enewsletters and client bulletins
Co-ordination of sponsorship opportunities
Support business development activities such as tenders and pitches
To be considered for this role applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Proven marketing experience within a professional services or financial services environment
Professionally qualified or working towards CIM
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Excellent PC skills and a strong understanding of all MS Office programmes
