Job Description
Our client, a food company based in Co Tyrone is currently seeking a Assistant Food Assistant Production Manager.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
Ensuring quality, hygiene, health & Safety and general housekeeping confirms to all current SOPs
Meeting KPIs on a Production and Financial basis
Ensuring technical standards are met
Ensuring that all factory paperwork systems are completed
Use of appropriate disciplinary action if necessary
Managing a team of around 90 members of staff
The successful candidate must have similar experience in the food industry background, preferably within the ready meals and bakery sector with previous people management experience gained at departmental management level, knowledge and experience of disciplinary procedures, proven track record of performance against targets, history of cost reduction and managing medium/large size teams, and be computer literate.
