  • €¢ Management and forecasting of quota accounts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

  • €¢ Development of Business Plans to include territory account planning to over achieve quota and grow sales & developing quarterly plans with owned accounts across all the Business Units.

  • €¢ The role will manage campaigns and push sales as provided by the Business Stakeholders.

  • €¢ Proactively informing on new product & roadmaps, proposing upgrade & transition paths and to increase certification levels of the resellers.

  • €¢ Contribute to revenue & share of business growth in assigned partners

  • €¢ Develop and drive half-year business plan The skills, knowledge & experience we require are:

  • €¢ Experience of influencing and negotiating with various business levels of internal and external customers - skilled at interacting with and up to senior management and board level,

  • €¢ Experience and understanding of a solution selling methodology

  • €¢ Have successful proven track record in working towards and exceeding targets in a competitive environment

  • €¢ Experienced and adaptable to pressured working environments

  • €¢ Comprehensive sales skills and understanding of a structured business to business sales cycle

  • €¢ Experience and understanding of forecasting, structured sales techniques and sales qualification

  • €¢ Experience and appreciation of working within a diverse contributory sales team

  • €¢ Solid experience in pipeline management and new business development

  • €¢ Competitor awareness

  • €¢ Strong sense of self development and proactive about their own learning and development

  • €¢ Have a strong focus on delivering a high level of service to both the internal and external customer

  • €¢ Excellent prioritisation, planning, organisation and time management skills

  • €¢ Strong IT literacy
