Our client is a leading global Financial Services business with offices around the World. This is a leadership position and a global role. We are looking to recruit a Corporate Actions Manager at AVP level.

Your key responsibilities will include the following broad areas:

-Operational Performance and Service Management
-Stakeholder Management
-Change and Project based Activities
-Personal Development
-Leadership & Management

You will possess strong Securites technical knowledge gained from direct experience in Investment Operations. You will possess this technical knowlede coupled with experience in Change Management.
