HR & Training Programme Manager, volume recruitment, call centres, general insurance.
My client, a major financial services company is looking for a HR & Training Programme Manager to plan, implement and manage the high volume recruitment and training required for the launch of two new call centres.
Your role will include managing the third party training company, engaging with recruitment organisations, devising an attraction and retention strategy and ensuring all is ready for go live date in Q4.
Your experience should include:
- planning and managing similar high volume recruitment and training programmes to tight time scales within a call/contact centre environment
- very strong project and programme management skills
- excellent stakeholder management, to board level
- robust character
- both consulting and insurance sector experience
