This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and exciting organisation within their Operational Training team, to support the Sales and Contact Centre function. This role is a permanent back shift requirement working from 2pm - 10pm 5 days out of 7. You will be based from the Livingston office, however you will be required to work from Dunfermline site as well as required.

You should be an experienced Trainer who has the ability to:
* Complete Training Needs Analysis
* Design and Deliver skills, knowledge and behavioural training
* Use a variety of learning techniques to support learning
* Provide coaching to delegates as required

Ideally you will have knowledge or experience of working within a fast paced contact centre environment with specific knowledge and experience in a dedicated Sales Training role.
