Debt Advisor

Role description

The successful candidate will work as part of a dynamic team in a professional environment within an established service centre. Reporting into the Team Manager, your role will be to deliver an incredibly high standard of service to clients by ensuring that your workload is carried out effectively and on time.

You will be responsible of your workload and managing your time, fully complying with industry regulatory requirements and obviously insuring client satisfaction is maximised at all times. The role itself will involve handling your own case load of clients, working to targets and providing them with the very best of customer service.

Ideal Candidate

You should have experience of working in an environment where attention to detail is essential and duties are expected to be carried out to the highest standards.. Experience offering debt solutions and knowledge of Trust Deeds and debt management plans is essential. You will be able to contribute positively to the organisation's culture by consistently demonstrating high levels of integrity and customer focus.

Essentials:

Very good telephone manner

Confident and outgoing

Target Driven

Insolvency / Debt recovery or sequestration experience an advantage

Able to work on their own and on own autonomy

Stable career history
