WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST, GLASGOW CITY CENTRE, £8.00PH + HOLIDAY PAY, IMMEDIATE START!
Leading Wealth Management client based in Glasgow are looking to appoint a Written Communications Analyst to work within their busy Stockbrokers.
The successful candidate will respond to customer queries and complaints (phone/email/letter) in a professional manner and within agreed SLA\' s.
To be considered for this role applicants must demonstrate the following skills/experience:
Previous experience in a similar role within banking/investments
The ability to produce accurate work in a pressurised environment
Professional telephone manner
The ability to work with minimum supervision
