Job Description

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Training Quality Assurance Specialist to join their organisation. Recognising the importance their employees play in the success of their business, Training & Development is a key function within the business.

This is a duel sited role with the expectation to work from either Livingston or Dunfermline as required.

This is a unique opportunity which combines Quality Assurance responsibilities within the Training function of this organisation. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and evaluating the training evaluation programme and methodology

• Ensuring consistency and standard of training delivery

• Analysing and reporting on the training evaluation programme

• Identifying, recommending and implementing improvements within Training

• Overall responsibility to monitor KPI\' s of training roles, and producing reports and managing trainer incentive schemes.

This role requires you to have experience working in Training environments and delivering a Quality Assurance remit. You will ideally have relevant Quality Assurance or equivalent qualifications and ideally hold ISO qualification.

You should ideally have worked in a customer service focused or contact centre environment, with a knowledge and understanding of the challenges faced in this type of environment. You should have a full understanding of the full training cycle, and quality assurance process in order to be considered for this role.
