Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen with our client for an experienced Front of House Manager to join a professional team within one of Scotlands finest Hotel and Spa Resorts in St Andrews.

 Reporting directly to the General Manager you will have the overall responsibility for the smooth running of the Front Desk, Switchboard, Concierge and Night operations within the Hotel,  Resort & Spa.

The main purpose of your role will be to ensure a consistent, 5 red star service at all times, ensuring that all complaints or concerns that our Guests may experience are handled efficiently and effectively.You will have overall responsibility in ensuring that correct manning levels are upheld at all times and  within budget.

With previous experience as a Front of House Manager, you will be a proven leader - someone who inspires their teams and engages with those around them. You will be able to work with people at all levels and will have proven ability to build productive working relationships.
