Job Description
Due to the sustained success and growth of this Financial Services Organisation an exciting opportunity has arisen for a team of experienced and driven Telesales Professionals to sell savings and life investment to the general public . This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who will come with background of Banking or Insurance Sales.
Role: Insurance Sales Executive
Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 based on experience with genuine ote of £22,000
Bonus: Uncapped
Hours: 12.00 to 20.00 Monday to Thursday and 0900 to 1700 on Friday

€¢Receive/make calls and covert sales leads/enquiries ensuring maximum value is delivered
€¢Develop and maintain product knowledge
€¢Identify and maximise cross-selling opportunities
€¢Maintain an excellent level of customer service to assist with the retention of business and repeat business
€¢Achieve sales targets
€¢Achieve strike rate/conversion targets
€¢Receive relevant internal licensing
€¢Achieve cross selling targets
€¢Systems updated accurately and efficiently
€¢Achieve coaching results
Training & Competence:
Qualifications:
- €¢YOU MUST HAVE - 5 standard grades/GCSE' s (or equivalent), including English and Math' s at grade 3/C or above
Experience:
- €¢Telephone sales experience within a financial / insurance based contact centre would be extremely advantageous.
