Job Description

Urgent customer service opportunities have become available working for a leading Financial Services organisation based in Edinburgh. The roles are temporary and expected to last for 6 months, but there is a possibility of being kept on longer.

Key duties include:

• Taking customer calls

• Updating customer accounts and answering any queries they may

have

• Liaising with Financial Advisors

• Various general administration and data entry duties.

Key skills:

• Excellent communication skills

• Sensitivity when dealing with customers needs

• Passionate and personable

• Computer literate

Experience within a contact centre role is essential whilst experience within Financial Services would also be an advantage.

You must be able to start on 19th January.
