Job Description

CORPORATE ACCOUNT HANDLER

Change Recruitment re working closely with a leading independent Insurance Broker to recruit the services of a Corporate Account Handler for its offices near Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to further progress their career with a leading organisation. Applicants with an underwrighting background will be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for servicing a wide portfolio of clients

Providing advice and support to numerous account Executives

Mid term adjustments, extension to covers, involving and dealing with clients queries

Ensuring the highest levels of quality control and customer service

Building strong relationships with existing customers and identifying new opportunities.

Skills, knowledge and Qualifications:

Candidates should have a minimum of three years commercial Insurance experience and have a comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance products including motor, property, engineering, goods in transit etc.

You will be capable of communicating, negotiating and influencing on all levels with the ability to deal confidently with clients on the telephone and face to face. Strong organisational skills are a must as is the ability to work as part of a small yet dynamic team. Exceptional administrative skills are key to this role as is an extremely high level of Quality Control.
