Job Description

Change recruitment are working closely with a leading Financial Services Organisations in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an ambitious Insurance Sales Executive to sell a range of insurance products a portfolio of Independent Brokers and Financial Services Advisors within your given territory.

This is a sales focused role with an organisation which offers a highly competitive basic salary, realistic bonus potential and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

The Role:

The role will involve inbound and outbound calls to new and existing clients to generate new business leads and capitalise on new business opportunities. Working to targets and deadlines will be extremely important as will managing day to day relationships and understanding clients business needs and strategies. You will be required to work as part of a busy and dynamic sales team as well as manage your own workload effectively. You will receive ongoing training in order o develop an exceptional knowledge of the extensive product range on offer.

The Person:

Ideally, candidates will have experience of selling insurance products but applications from similar backgrounds will be considered. A proven track record in meeting and exceeding targets is required as is the ability to communicate and influence on all levels. You will excellent numeracy, literacy and computer skills. Most importantly, you will passionate about sales and hungry to succeed.
