Job Description
Our Client requires a number of Medical Underwriters and has scope to take on a range of ability and experience from newly authorised underwriters to experienced ones.
The successful applicants will work as part of a high performing Team. Your daily responsibilities will include the assessment of risk for all life and disability contracts to ensure that the company is not exposed to unnecessary risks. You will have a good understanding of the relevant legislation and remain customer focussed at all times. As an experienced member of the Team, you may have additional responsibilities in line with your experience. There is an emphasis in this Team on training and development with ample future opportunity for career progression.
The salary is competitive at between £24,000 and £33,000 depending on experience. Benefits are also good. To apply, you MUST have medical/life underwriting experience.
